摘要
为了解决苏州地铁随着线网发展、架大修任务加剧所带来的产能压力等问题,从部件委外周期、工作场地等多角度对架修产能分析。结合制约产能的各项限制条件,在松陵车辆段现有资源的基础上,基于开源软件Blender建立起车辆段联合车库虚拟现实仿真系统,通过交叉进车、穿插作业、场地合理化改造等方式对架修作业进行优化,有效地提高了架修工作效率,保障维修质量的同时达到节省维修成本的目的。
In order to solve the problem of capacity pressure caused by the development of Suzhou metro line network and the aggravation of overhaul task;this paper analyzes the capacity of overhaul from the perspectives of outsourcing cycle and working site.Based on the existing resources of Songling depot and the open source software Blender;the virtual reality simulation system of depot joint garage is established in this paper.It ensures the quality of maintenance at the same time to achieve the purpose of saving maintenance costs.
