摘要
目的探讨合作学习联合个案护理教学在泌尿外科护生中的应用效果。方法选择2017年7月—2018年3月本院泌尿外科实习的52名护生作为对照组,2018年7月—2019年3月泌尿外科实习的56名护生作为观察组。对照组采用传统“一带一”教学模式实施常规教学,观察组实施合作学习联合个案护理教学模式,比较两组护生的出科考核成绩、批判性思维能力和护理带教效果满意度。结果出科前观察组各项考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组批判性思维能力测评为正性评判性思维能力,对照组为评判性思维能力不明确,观察组护生批判性思维能力总分和各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度为96.43%,高于对照组的84.62%(P<0.05)。结论合作学习联合个案护理教学能帮助护生培养批判性思维,提高护生的满意度、临床实践效果和综合能力,值得在护理教学中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of cooperative learning and case nursing teaching in urological nursing students.Methods[JP2]52 nursing students who practiced in urology in our hospital from July 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the control group,and 56 nurse students who practiced in urology from July 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional“one-to-one”teaching model to implement routine teaching,and the observation group implemented the cooperative learning combined case nursing teaching model.The examination results,critical thinking ability and satisfaction with nursing teaching effect were compared between the two group.Results Before leaving the department,the examination results of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The critical thinking ability test of the nursing students in the observation group was rated as positive,while the nursing students in the control group were unclear.The total scores and scores of all dimensions of critical thinking ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction degree of nursing students in the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than 84.62%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cooperative[JP]learning combined with case-based nursing teaching can help nursing students develop critical thinking,improve nursing students′satisfaction,clinical practice effects and comprehensive abilities.It is worthy of popularization and application in nursing teaching.
