乳腺癌患者生存质量研究现状

Health-related quality of life in breast cancer survivors

目的了解乳腺癌患者生存质量的研究现状、相关影响因素及干预措施。方法检索有关乳腺癌患者生存质量研究的最新文献并进行综述。结果尽管乳腺癌的治愈率和生存率已有改善,但乳腺癌作为重大应激事件,疾病本身及治疗相关不良反应常会让患者产生疲乏感、活动能力下降、焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,严重影响患者的生存质量乃至生存预后。患者年龄、社会经济背景、肿瘤特性、治疗手段等均是影响乳腺癌患者生存质量的相关因素。冥想、音乐疗法、适当体能锻炼等方法均可一定程度改善乳腺癌患者的生存质量。结论乳腺癌本身及相关治疗手段除了影响受累器官,也会影响患者生存质量的多个维度,应加强对乳腺癌患者生存质量的重视并提供个体化干预措施。

Objective To understand the possible influential factors and the effectiveness of interventions for quality of life in breast cancer survivors.Method The latest literatures about studies on quality of life in breast cancer survivors were reviewed.Results Although the cure rate and survival rate of patients with breast cancer had improved,breast cancer as a major stress event,the disease itself and treatment related adverse reactions might cause the fatigue,activity decline,anxiety,depression,and other negative emotions of patients,which seriously affected the quality of life of patients and survival prognosis.The patients’age,socio-economic background,tumor characteristics,and treatment methods were the factors affecting their quality of life.To a certain extent,meditation,music therapy,and proper physical exercise could improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer.Conclusion Breast cancer itself and related treatment methods may affect not only the affected organs,but also multiple dimensions of patients’quality of life,so attention should be paid to improve quality of life in breast cancer survivors,providing with individualized interventions.
