技术的跃迁和媒介的转型助推了融媒介环境的形成,它既赋予了现代人极富成效的传播工具,也深深地影响着置于其中的艺术创作。网络文艺节目作为当今炙手可热的新兴文艺样态,在融媒介环境中昭示出迅猛的发展势头,也显现出一些明显的问题,作为节目驾驭者的主持人所存在问题的解决,成为化解此类问题的关键。本研究在新媒体文艺迅猛发展的背景下审视新媒体主持人的定位,从其类型和特质入手,比较细致地梳理新媒体主持人质量和水平的提升策略,以期为新媒体文艺理论研究贡献绵薄之力。

The leap of technology and the transformation of media have contributed to the formation of a fusion media environment,which has both given modern people a very productive communication tool and deeply influenced the creation of art in it.As a hot new literary format today,online literary programs show a rapid development momentum in the media environment,but also reflect some distinctive problems,and the solution of the problems of the hosts as the master of the program is always the most important.This paper examines the positioning of new media hosts in the context of the rapid development of new media literature and arts,starting from their types and characteristics,and compares the strategies for improving the quality and level of new media hosts in order to contribute to the theoretical study of new media literature and arts.
