摘要
为了实现快速突破、掌握大吨位镍基合金转子锻件的制造关键技术并积累关键数据,中国一重开展了700℃超超临界汽轮机转子用大截面镍基合金转子锻件的试制。通过多次镦拔的自由锻造方式完成了直径600 mm的试制件的制造。经过检测,锻态晶粒度可达4~6级,热处理态晶粒度可保持在1~2级,试制锻件室温抗拉强度>1000 MPa,屈服强度>600 MPa,冲击功>45 J,700℃抗拉强度>800 MPa,屈服强度>500 MPa,室温和700℃的延伸率和断面收缩率均在25%以上,实现了大截面镍基合金锻件的均质化制造。
For a rapid breakthrough,acquiring the key manufacturing technology and accomplishing key data accumulation,CFHI had manufactured a large-section Ni-base trial forging for 700℃advanced USC power plant.Through several times of upsetting and drawing,the rotor trial forging with a diameter of 600 mm was successfully manufactured.Grain size of Ni-base alloy forging is 4~6 class and the grain size is 1~2 class after heat treatment.The room temperature tensile strength and yield strength can reach 1000 and 600 MPa,respectively,and impact energy is beyond 45 J at different positions after heat treatment.The tensile strength and yield strength can reach 800 and 500 MPa at 700℃,respectively.The plasticity is more than 25%at room temperature and 700℃.The homogeneous manufacture of large section nickel base alloy forging was realized.
