日粮粗蛋白水平对皖西白鹅蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究日粮粗蛋白(CP)水平对皖西白鹅蛋品质、营养成分及血清生化指标的影响。方法:选用50周龄体重相近且健康皖西白鹅150羽(母鹅120羽、公鹅30羽),均随机分为3组,每组50羽(公母比1∶4)。各组除CP水平(分别为14%、15%、16%)不同外,营养水平及饲养管理均相同。于产蛋中期(54周龄)每组随机选取6羽母鹅,翅静脉采血测定血清生化指标,另取60枚种蛋测定蛋品质和营养成分。结果:CP 15%组蛋比重和蛋黄颜色、血清ALT含量、蛋内Val、Met、Tyr含量显著高于CP 16%组(P<0.05);各组间蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度、蛋黄比例、蛋清比例无显著差异(P>0.05);CP 14%组Pro、Val、Tyr含量显著高于CP 16%组(P<0.05),各组间Asp、Thr、Ser、Glu、Gly、Ala、Ile、Leu、Phe、His、Lys、Arg含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。CP 15%组血清UA含量显著低于CP 14%、CP 16%组(P<0.05)。各组间血清TC、TP、ALP、BUN、Ca含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:对于54周龄皖西白鹅,相对CP 14%、CP 16%日粮而言,日粮CP水平为15%的日粮更适用于实际生产,可明显提高种鹅机体性能和蛋品质。 Objective:To investigate the effects of dietary crude protein(CP)level on egg quality,egg nutrient composition and serum biochemistry of Wanxi white geese.Methods:A total of 15050-week healthy Wanxi white geese(120 female and 30 male),with similar body weight,were randomly divided into three groups and 50 geese per group(the ratio of male to female is 1∶4).The crude protein of three groups is 14%,15%and 16%,individually.6 female geese were randomly selected from each group at the middle stage of laying(54 weeks of age)and blood was collected to determine serum biochemistry.60 eggs in each group were collected to determine egg quality and nutritional composition.Results:The egg specific gravity,yolk color,serum ALT content,Val,Met and Tyr in CP 15%group were significantly higher than those in CP 16%group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in egg shape index,eggshell thickness,albumen height,proportion of yolk and proportion of egg white among groups(P>0.05).The contents of Pro,Val and Tyr in CP 14%group were significantly higher than those in CP 16%group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the contents of Asp,Thr,Ser,Glu,Gly,Ala,Ile,Leu,Phe,His,Lys and Arg among groups(P>0.05).UA content in CP 15%group was significantly lower than that in CP 14%and CP 16%groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum contents of TC,TP,ALP,BUN and Ca among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For 54 week Wanxi white geese,compared with CP 14%and CP 16%diet,CP 15%diet improved the body performance of breeding geese and the quality of eggs.
