三种藻粉对单环刺螠生长、体壁成分和消化酶活性的影响

Effects of different algapowders on the growth performance,body composition and digestive enzyme activity of Urechis unicinctus

摘要 研究了三种藻粉对单环刺螠幼螠生长、体壁成分和消化酶活性的影响。分别用脱胶海带粉、马尾藻粉和石莼粉对平均体重为936.2 mg±24.6 mg的幼螠进行60 d的饲喂实验,并测定其生长指标和消化生理指标。结果表明:石莼粉组生长效果显著优于其余两组(P<0.05);石莼粉和脱胶海带粉能显著提高幼螠体壁粗蛋白含量(P<0.05);肠道蛋白酶活性和淀粉酶活性均为石莼粉组最高(P<0.05),脱胶海带粉组次之,马尾藻粉组最低,两两差异显著(P<0.05);脂肪酶活性在各处理组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。本研究结果表明,在特定的室内养殖条件下,石莼粉作为幼螠配合饲料的主成分能更好的满足其生长的营养需求,马尾藻粉和脱胶海带粉可用作辅助性饲料原料。 This study was conducted to determine the effects of three kinds of alga powders on the growth,body composition and digestive enzyme activity of Urechis unicinctus.U.unicinctus individuals(936.2 mg±24.6 mg)were fed with different diets made of Laminaria japonica,Sargassum muticum and Ulva lactuca powders for 60 days with their growth index and digestive physiology index determined.The results showed that the growth performance of U.unicinctus fed with the diet of Ulva lactuca was the best among three diets tried(P<0.05).The somatic protein content of U.unicinctus fed with the diets of Ulva lactuca and Laminaria japonica was significantly higher than that of the starting individuals(P<0.05).In terms of digestive enzyme activity,the trypsin and amylase activities in the intestine of U.unicinctus fed with the diet of Ulva lactuca were the highest(P<0.05)while those of animals fed with the diet of Laminaria japonica were significantly higher than those of the individuals fed with the diet of Sargassum muticum(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lipase activity among three diets(P>0.05).Our findings indicated that Ulva lactuca can be used as the main ingredient of diets meeting the nutritional requirement of U.unicinctus,and Laminaria japonica and Sargassum muticum can be used as the auxiliary ingredients of U.unicinctus diets.
