慢性胃炎患者肠道菌群结构与舌苔的相关性研究

Correlation study between intestinal flora and tongue coating in patients with chronic gastritis

目的:探讨慢性胃炎患者的肠道菌群结构与舌苔的相关性。方法:选取30例慢性胃炎患者,其中白腻苔组(10例)、黄腻苔组(10例)作为观察组,正常舌苔(10例)为对照组,利用16S rDNA测序技术对各组粪便样本进行分析。结果:白腻苔组独有106种菌群,黄腻苔组独有116种菌群,对照组独有49种菌群,3组共有706种菌群;在种水平上白腻苔组大肠杆菌、唾液链球菌嗜热亚种、齿双歧杆菌、黄腻苔组普氏菌、对照组马氏拟杆菌显著高于其余2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LEfSe分析显示对照组的拟杆菌差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),白腻苔组乳酸杆菌、链球菌和肠杆菌科差异有统计学意义,黄腻苔组普氏菌差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性胃炎腻苔患者肠道菌群的结构和功能存在差异,该差异可能是慢性胃炎患者腻苔的形成原因之一。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the structure of intestinal flora and tongue coating in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:Thirty patients with chronic gastritis were selected,including 10 cases of yellow greasy coating and 10 cases of white greasy coating as control group and 10 cases of normal tongue coating as observation group.Results:One hundred and six bacterial flora were unique to the greasy coat group,116 bacterial flora were unique to the yellow coat group,49 bacterial flora were unique to the control group,and 706 bacterial flora were shared among the three groups;At the species level,Escherichia coli,Streptococcus salivarius subsp thermophilus,Bifidobacterium dentium,Prevotella Copri,and Bacteroides massiliensis in the greasy coat group were significantly higher(P<0.05)than those in the remaining 2 groups.LEfSe analysis showed a statistically significant increase in Bacteroides massiliens in the control group,Lactobacillus,Streptococcus,and Enterobacteriaceae in the white greasy coat group,and Prevotella Copri in the yellow greasy coat group.Conclusion:There are differences in the structure and function of intestinal flora in patients with greasy coating of chronic gastritis,which may be one of the reasons for the formation of greasy coating in patients with gastritis.
