The Difference and Public Opinion War About Huai River Governance between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China during the Republic of China

淮河水灾问题是指淮河水灾及其衍生的社会问题,是民国时期淮河流域突出的问题,对淮河流域革命有巨大影响。在国民党政府前期、全面抗战时期和解放战争时期,国共两党治淮不同,双方进行了舆论交锋。这一过程也是国共两党社会形象构建过程,从而影响了人心向背,决定了革命的走向,最终中共在人民支持下取得了革命胜利。

The Huai River flood problem refered to the Huai River flood and its derivative social problems which was a prominent problem in the Huai River Basin during the Republic of China and had a great influence on the revolution in Huai River Basin.During the early period of the Kuomintang Government,the period of comprehensive anti Japanese war and the period of war of liberation,the Huai River governances of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party were different,the two sides engaged in a battle of opinions.This process was also the process of building the social image of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China,which affected the popular support and determined the direction of the revolution.Finally,the Communist Party of China won the revolution with the support of people.
