摘要 ZSM-35分子筛因在丁烯异构化反应中具有优异的择形催化性能而受到广泛关注,新型合成方法层出不穷。综述了近年来ZSM-35分子筛的新型合成方法、表征方法、微观结构以及酸性特征的研究进展,比较了各类合成方法的优缺点,总结了ZSM-35分子筛的合成规律及形貌控制方法,并对ZSM-35分子筛未来研究方向进行了展望。利用双模板剂的协同作用可以合成出性能更优异的ZSM-35分子筛;减少有机模板剂的使用及无胺合成是ZSM-35分子筛合成的热点;ZSM-35分子筛微观结构的改进也备受关注,合成出了大孔-介孔-微孔复合孔ZSM-35分子筛以及纳米型ZSM-35分子筛。 ZSM-35 molecular sieve has been widely concerned due to its excellent shape selective catalytic performance in butene isomerization and new synthesis methods have been emerging one after another.The research progress of new synthesis methods,characterization methods,microstructure and acidic characteristics of ZSM-35 molecular sieve in recent years were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of various synthesis methods were compared.The synthesis rules and morphology control methods of ZSM-35 molecular sieve were summarized and the future research direction was prospected.ZSM-35 molecular sieve with more excellent performance could be synthesized by the synergistic effect of dual template agents.It became the hotspot that ZSM-35 could be synthesized by reducing the use of organic templates or from amine-free synthesis system.The improvement of microstructure of ZSM-35 molecular sieve had attracted more and more attention.Macroporous mesoporous microporous hierarchical pore ZSM-35 molecular sieve came into being,and the research of nano ZSM-35 molecular sieve was also common.
