摘要 超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)具有许多优异的性能,除了传统的Ziegler-Natta催化剂,还可采用单活性中心催化剂合成UHMWPE。综述了用于制备UHMWPE的单活性中心催化剂,包括茂金属催化剂和非茂金属催化剂,其中,非茂金属催化剂又包含不同种类的金属配合物。分析了催化剂结构与催化活性的关系,介绍了所得UHMWPE的性能,最后对单中心催化剂合成UHMWPE的研究方向进行了展望。 Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)which possesses a variety of promising and excellent properties can be synthesized by traditional Ziegler-Natta catalyst and the single site catalysts.The single site catalysts including metallocene catalysts and different kinds of non-metallocene catalysts for the preparation of UHMWPE were introduced.The relationship between catalyst structure and catalytic activity was also analyzed.The properties of UHMWPE were introduced and the prospect of the research direction on the synthesis of UHMWPE with single site catalysts was further proposed.
