摘要 随着智能无功补偿模块的技术不断革新与产品种类的不断增加,其出厂调试和检测流程也不断繁琐,想要靠手工完成大规模的生产几乎无法实现。基于此,设计并完成了智能无功补偿模块自动调试检测系统,使用Cortex-M3单片机与电量采集芯片,通过继电器的切换来实现不同种类模块的调试与检测,能够自动实现模块的高精度校准和全功能的检测流程。整个系统采用自主设计的操作台、大屏液晶显示、矩阵式键盘、模块化接口、高可靠的保护措施、全自动的数据记录,提高了生产效率,保证了生产的安全性,节省了大量的人力成本。 With the continuous innovation of intelligent reactive power compensation module and an increasing variety of its products,its processes of debugging and testing are also constantly cumbersome.It is almost impossible to complete large-scale production by hand.In order to solve those problems,this paper designs the automatic debugging and detection system of intelligent reactive power compensation module,using Cortex-M3 single chip microcomputer and power acquisition chip to realize the debugging and detection of different types of modules through the switch of relay,so that it can automatically realize the high-precision calibration of modules and the full-featured detection process.The whole system uses self-designed console,large screen LCD,matrix keyboard,modular interface,highly reliable self-protection measures,automatic data recording,which improves the production efficiency,ensures the safety of production,saves a lot of labor costs.
