传统医学认识层面的新知新解及其要义

New understanding and interpretation of traditional medicine and its significance

传统医学是卫生保健的一个重要却常被低估的组成部分。对传统医学知而不解或知而不深,缺乏全面科学的认识,可能是一个较为普遍的问题。科学的认识往往是科学实践的先导。本文对传统医学及其相关的医学认识问题进行了整理,提出了针对传统医学的"大中医""三分法""五要素""二层面""三融合"等一套认识论,以促进学界对传统医学研究的重视,促进提升民众对传统医学及相关医学问题的认识。

Traditional medicine is an important but often underestimated part of health care.Knowing it but not understanding it,or knowing it but not deeply,or lack of comprehensive scientific understanding of traditional medicine,it may be a relatively common problem.Scientific understanding is often the precursor of scientific practice.This article sorts out traditional medicine and its related medical knowledge issues,and proposes a set of epistemologies for traditional medicine,such as "big TCM" "trisection" "five elements" "two levels" and "three fusions" to promote the research on traditional medicine in academia and to raise the public’s understanding of traditional medicine and related medical issues.
