自主神经在食管癌发生发展中的作用

摘要 本文阐述及分析了自主神经系统中主要的交感神经系统及迷走神经系统对食管癌的影响。食管癌的发生发展主要与抑制性非肾上腺素能非胆碱能神经递质一氧化氮(NO)关系密切,当迷走神经受到刺激后,食管肌层中低聚果糖(Fos)神经元率先响应,释放大量的NO及少量的乙酰胆碱(ACh),这就是食管癌发生的自主神经机制。探究自主神经与食管癌之间的关系可以为临床治疗食管癌提供新思路。中医药在改善临床症状、调节内环境稳态等方面具有一定的优势,因此其临床经验值得借鉴。 This article elaborates and analyzes the effects of the sympathetic nervous system and vagus nervous system in the autonomic nervous system on esophageal cancer.The development of esophageal cancer is related to nitric oxide (NO) which is an inhibitory non-adrenergic non-cholinergic neurotransmitter neurotransmitter.When the vagus nerve is stimulated,the Fos neurons in the esophageal muscle layer respond first,releasing a large amount of NO and a small amount of acetylcholine (ACh),which is the autonomic mechanism of esophageal cancer.Exploring the relationship between autonomic nerves and esophageal cancer can provide us with new ideas for clinical treatment of esophageal cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in improving clinical symptoms and regulating the homeostasis of the internal environment,so its clinical experience is worth being learned.
