近5年国内外危重症护理领域研究热点聚类分析

Research hotspots on critical care in China and abroad in recent 5 years based on Co-word cluster analysis

目的分析2015年—2020年国内外危重症护理领域研究热点,为我国后续研究提供参考。方法通过检索万方、中国知网、PubMed数据库中2015年—2020年有关危重症护理的文献,以文献中的关键词、医学主题词为研究对象,使用书目共现分析系统(Bicomb)和图形聚类工具包(gCLUTO)软件进行共词聚类分析。结果中文数据库纳入相关文献1531篇,截取高频词24个,聚为5类,即危重症患者营养支持及安全护理、重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的护理、集束化护理及早期康复护理在ICU患者中的应用、人工气道的护理、新生儿医院感染相关危险因素。外文数据库纳入相关文献1222篇,截取高频主题词34个,聚为6类,即新生儿危重症护理、危重症护理质量提升、危重症患者的组织与管理、护士临床胜任力、有效的沟通、危重症护理方法与标准。结论近5年危重症护理领域研究热点分析有助于了解该领域的研究现状及未来的发展趋势,为我国危重症领域的研究提供参考。

Objective to analyze the research hotspots of critical care care in China and abroad from 2015 to 2020,and provide reference for follow-up research in my country.Methods by searching the literature on critical care in the databases of Wanfang,CNKI,and PubMed from 2015 to 2020,using keywords and MeSH terms in the literature as the research objects,using the bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system(Bicomb)And graphical clustering toolkit(gCLUTO)software for co-word clustering analysis.Results the Chinese database included 1531 related literatures,intercepted 24 high-frequency words,and grouped them into 5 categories,including,nutritional support and safety care for critically ill patients,care for patients with severe novel coronavirus pneumonia,clustered care,and early rehabilitation care in ICU Application in patients,artificial airway care,and risk factors related to neonatal hospital infection.The foreign language database includes 1222,Intercepted 34 high-frequency subject terms,grouped into 6 categories,namely,neonatal critical care,critical care quality improvement,critical care patient organization and management,clinical competence of nurses,effective communication,critical care methods and standards.Conclusion the analysis of research hotspots in the field of critical care in the past five years is helpful to understand the research status and future development trends of this field,and provides a reference for the research in the field of critical care in my country.
