尿素对陶瓷砖釉面光泽度的影响试验

Effect of Urea on the Glaze Glossiness of Ceramic Tiles

陶瓷砖在快速烧成时,亮光釉面容易出现析晶现象,造成釉面光泽度下降。试验发现,在亮光熔块釉浆添加适量的尿素,能改善釉浆使用性能,有效提高釉面光泽度,使釉面达到平滑、透亮的效果。实践表明,尿素作为釉浆添加剂,具有效果显著、使用方便、不良作用少、成本低的优点,可广泛应用于釉面砖的快烧生产。

During the fast firing of ceramic tiles,the crystallization phenomenon is easy to appear on the bright glaze,resulting in the decline of glaze glossiness.It is found that adding proper amount of urea to the bright-fritted glaze slip can improve the performance of the glaze slip,effectively improve the glossiness of the glaze,and make the glaze smooth and transparent.The practice shows that urea as glaze slip additive has the advantages of obvious effect,convenient use,less adverse effects and low cost,which can be widely used in the fast firing production of glazed tiles.
