摘要
传统制造业要实现智能制造,需要经历数字化、网络化和智能化几个阶段。作为传统制造业的建筑陶瓷行业想要实现真正意义上的智能制造,首先是要完成生产线的数字化改造和数据采集。本文结合笔者实施的实际案例,以建陶生产场景为基础,针对建陶行业生产线现状以及数据基础等方面的情况,提出了存量生产线的低成本数字化改造和数据采集方案,对数据采集方式进行了分类,并对数据分析、数据产品应用及数据呈现进行了阐述,为建陶企业向数字化工厂升级提供参考。
The traditional manufacturing industry needs to go through several stages of digitalization,networking and intelligence to realize intelligent manufacturing.As a traditional manufacturing industry,the building ceramic industry wants to realize the real sense of intelligent manufacturing,the first is to complete the digital transformation of the production line and data acquisition.In this paper,combined with the actual cases implemented by the author,based on the production scene of building ceramics,in view of the current situation of the production line and the data basis of the building ceramics industry.this study proposed a low-cost digital transformation and data acquisition scheme for the existing production line,classified the data acquisition methods,and expounded the data analysis,data product application and data presentation,providing a reference for the upgrading of building ceramics enterprises to digital factories.
