摘要
介绍了水泥生产石灰石原料中MgO的来源。通过数理统计和物理化学分析,以及XRD微观成因分析,研究了高含量MgO原料对水泥熟料强度、熟料粉磨、熟料颜色等性能的影响,明确了技术改进的方向。在实际生产中,当原料中MgO含量升高时,通过调整配料方案,适当提高KH和SM控制值,提高C_(3)S+C_(2)S总含量,使用高热值的燃料,可确保熟料强度和质量的稳定。
It introduced the source of MgO in the cement raw material of limestone.Through mathematical statistics,physical and chemical analysis,and XRD micro-cause analysis,the effects of high MgO content raw materials on cement clinker strength,clinker grinding,clinker color and other properties are studied,and the direction of technological improvement is clarified.In actual production,when the content of MgO in the raw material increases,by adjusting the batching scheme,appropriately increasing the KH and SM control values,increasing the total content of C3S and C2S,and using high-calorific value fuels,the strength and quality of the clinker can be stabilized.
