摘要
清华简(八)《摄命》中的“朕命”乃是周王对自己政令的一种总称,这一类的表达广泛见于金文和《尚书》。“王言”或“言乃事”,指一项具体的职事。“王教王学”则是周王要求负责“王言”职事的大臣在执行周王政令之前,要经受周王一番统一思想的教导和规训。周王通过“王教王学”,使推行“王言”政令的臣工与自己保持同心同德,从而使周王政令在推行过程中可以最大程度上保持其原本旨意。
“Zhen Ming”in She Ming is a general term used by the king of Zhou for his decrees.Such expressions are widely found in bronze inscriptions of Western Zhou and Shang Shu.“King’s words”or“speech is a matter”refers to a specific ministry.“Wang Jiao Wang Xue”is the king of Zhou who asked the minister in charge of the“king’s words”before the implementation of the king’s decree,to undergo a unified thought of the king’s teaching and training.The king of Zhou taught the“Wang Jiao Wang Xue”,so that the ministers who carried out the decree of“King’s words”could keep the original intention to the greatest extent.
