中国哲学视域下的中国价值管理理论体系研究

Research on Chinese Value Management Theory System from the Perspective of Chinese Philosophy

中国价值管理理论体系是基于中国文化源流和哲学精神的价值实践思想体系。这个体系的学术视角立足于管理和管理学学科定义的“价值立场”:“管理是价值关系的发现和安排,管理学是关于价值关系发现和安排的学术。”在此学术视野下,提出了中国价值管理理论体系的哲学理由和历史依据。针对价值管理理论在国际关系和国家治理领域的作用,指出了中国国际关系与国家治理的价值理性特色。针对价值管理理论在个人修养方面的意义,概括了它在微观发展领域的价值发生空间。中国价值管理理论的核心,是孕育于中华文明历史长河中的中国哲学精神。中国价值管理思想体系具有怎样的内涵,不仅是一个探索性的认知问题,更是一个创造性的建设问题。

Chinese value management theory system is a value-practice ideological system based on Chinese cultural origin and philosophical spirit.The academic perspective of this system is based on the“value position”defined by management discipline:“management is the discovery and arrangement of value relations,and management discipline is the academic research on the discovery and arrangement of value relations.”From this academic perspective,this paper puts forward the philosophical and historical basis of China s value management theory system.In view of the role of value management theory in the field of international relations and national governance,this paper points out the value rational characteristics of China s international relations and national governance.In view of the significance of value management theory in personal cultivation,this paper summarizes its value generation space in the field of micro development.The core of Chinese value management theory is the Chinese philosophical spirit bred in the long history of Chinese civilization.The connotation of China s value management ideological system is not only an exploratory cognitive problem,but also a creative construction problem.
