“和合”理念下东亚海洋命运共同体的构建

Construction of East Asian Maritime Community of Shared Future under the Concept of“Harmony-Cooperation”

作为中国传统文化精髓的“和合”理念是实现人类和谐的中国智慧,人类命运共同体思想是其在处理国际关系问题上的创造性运用。东亚海洋是“一带一路”的重要载体,东亚海洋命运共同体则是对人类命运共同体的丰富和发展。以“和合”理念为主线,追求和谐的思维为导向,从东亚海域的地理环境、文化思想、经济发展等诸方面剖析构建东亚海洋命运共同体的基础,提出传承“和合”理念现代价值、“一带一路”带动共赢共享、弘扬东亚海洋科学文化、保持海洋开发与保护之间必要的张力来促进东亚海洋命运共同体的构建,体现了中华传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。

The concept of“harmony-cooperation”,as the essence of Chinese traditional culture,is the Chinese wisdom to realize human harmony,and the idea of“a community of shared future for mankind”is its creative application in addressing international relations.East Asia s oceans are the important carrier of“the Belt and Road Initiatives”,and the East Asian marine community of shared future is the enrichment and development of the community of shared future for mankind.Taking the concept of“harmony-cooperation”as the main line and the pursuit of the harmonious thoughts as the guide,from the aspects of geographical environment,cultural thoughts and economic development of East Asia s oceans,this paper analyzes the basis for constructing the Asian maritime community of shared future;puts forward inheriting and imparting the modern value of“harmony-integration”concept,driving win-win sharing through“the Belt and Road Initiatives”,propagating East Asian marine science and culture,maintaining the necessary tension between marine development and protection to promote the construction of the East Asian marine community of share future,which reflects the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese traditional culture.
