企业社会责任义利和合模型:一个中国传统哲学视域中的框架

Yi-Li Harmoniousness Model of Corporate Social Responsibility: a Framework from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Philosophy

本文针对目前企业社会责任研究和实践中存在的相关构念及相关理解未能充分体现企业社会责任的本质以及论事不论心的倾向等问题,提出了企业社会责任义利和合模型,论证了企业社会责任的本质在于义利和合,企业社会责任的切实履行和优化,就是企业在维护自身合理利益的同时,不断将社会环境提出的客观要求(即“义”的成分)转化到企业谋求利润(即“利”的成分)的过程中。在此基础上,进一步提出了企业社会责任发展水平定性框架和动态义利和合模式,描述并分析了企业社会责任发展从失和状态到义利相制,再到义利相生的过程。最后,对在企业社会责任的履行过程中,企业家的社会责任情怀及其意义进行了阐释。

To solve the problems in the research and practice of corporate social responsibility—constructs and concepts failing to reflect the nature of corporate social responsibility and discussions focusing on behavior rather than psychology,this paper proposes the Yi-Li Harmoniousness Model of corporate social responsibility and demonstrates that the essence of corporate social responsibility lies in the harmoniousness of Yi-Li.The practical implementation and optimization of corporate social responsibility actually is the process in which enterprises constantly transform the objective requirements put forward by the social environment(Yi)to the process of profit seeking(Li)while reasonable interests safeguarding.On this basis,this paper further puts forward the qualitative framework of the development level of corporate social responsibility and the dynamic Yi-Li Harmoniousness pattern,and describes and analyzes the process of the development of corporate social responsibility from the state of disharmony to the balance of Yi-Li,and then to the mutual promotion of Yi-Li.Finally,it illuminates the social interest and significance in the process of entrepreneurs fulfilling corporate social responsibility.
