微针透皮技术在疫苗接种中应用的研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 微针是一种新型的给药系统,能穿透皮肤角质层,形成微孔通道,促进药物的渗透,在疫苗递送中有重要作用。本文从微针透皮的原理,以不同类型微针在疫苗递送中的作用等方面系统地阐述了微针透皮技术在疫苗接种中的应用,并展望了微针疫苗未来的发展方向。 Microneedles can penetrate the cuticle of the skin to form microporous channels and promote drug penetration.It is a new drug delivery system and plays an important role in vaccine delivery.In this paper,the application of microneedles transdermal technology in vaccine inoculation was systematically elaborated from the aspects of the principle of microneedle transdermal,the role of different types of microneedles in vaccine delivery,and the future development direction of microneedles vaccine was prospected.
