哲学社会科学人才评价的实践探索与思考——以河北省为例

摘要 人才评价是人才发展体制机制的重要组成部分,是人才资源开发、使用和流动等环节的前提。为进一步发挥好人才评价"指挥棒"的作用,该文以河北省哲学社会科学人才为研究对象,分析了近年来我省在哲学社会科学人才评价方面做出的实践探索,在深入分析基础上,针对人才分类评价不科学、评价标准设置不合理等问题,提出了构建科学的评价指标体系、全面推行职称代表作制度、丰富评价方法和手段等深化哲学社会科学人才评价机制改革的建议。 Talents evaluation is an important part of the system and mechanism of talent development, and a prerequisite for the cultivating, application, and mobility of talent resources. To further play the role of talent evaluation as a baton, this article takes philosophy and social science talents in Hebei Province as the research object, and analyzes the practical exploration made by our province in the evaluation of philosophy and social science talents in recent years. Based on in-depth analysis, aiming at the unscientific evaluation of talent classification and the unreasonable setting of evaluation standards, it comes to some proposals for deepening the reform of the evaluation mechanism of philosophy and social science talents, such as constructing a scientific evaluation index system,fully implementing the title representative system, enriching evaluation methods, etc.
