环锭细纱网格圈牵伸纤维变速点分布研究

摘要 研究了纤维变速点分布的变化,探究了环锭细纱网格圈牵伸系统对成纱质量的影响。以18.5 tex纯涤纶纱为例对比分析传统环锭纺纱和环锭细纱网格圈牵伸装置纺纱的纤维变速点分布及其对成纱质量的影响,结果表明:环锭细纱网格圈牵伸系统对于涤纶类长度长、长度整齐度好的化纤品种改善效果不明显。进而探究了纯涤纶、纯棉和涤棉混纺3种纤维在环锭细纱网格圈牵伸系统中的纤维变速点分布及其对成纱质量的影响,结果表明:环锭细纱网格圈装置对于含棉类纤维品种的改善效果明显,更适用于含棉类纤维产品。 The influence of modified lattice apron drafting system based on ring spinning machine on yarn properties is investigated.The 18.5 tex pure polyester yarn is used to analyze the influence of the accelerated points distribution on yarn quality between the traditional ring spinning system and the modified lattice apron drafting device.The results show that the ring spinning grid drafting system has no obvious improvement effect on polyester fiber varieties with long length and good length uniformity.Furthermore,the fiber speed change point distribution of pure polyester,pure cotton and polyester cotton blended fibers in ring spinning grid ring drafting system and its influence on yarn quality are studied.The results show that ring spinning grid ring drafting system has obvious improvement effect on cotton fiber varieties,and is more suitable for cotton fiber products.
