摘要
以人体下肢CT扫描图片构建三维几何模型作为研究对象,对肌肉软组织外围施加舒适压力阈值模拟下肢着袜后作用于垂直骨骼方向的合力,探讨下肢各部位的舒适性机理。研究发现,对下肢施加不同压力后,小腿舒适应力范围为0.000092303~0.003132 MPa,应变范围为0.0008512~0.0073707 mm,总位移为0.00001748~0.6437 mm,得到人体下肢在舒适压力作用下的量化值。通过有限元分析,可以直观观察到下肢在压力作用下各部位的舒适性机理及其量化值,为研究袜子舒适压力阈值提供了基本参数。
Taking the three-dimensional geometric model constructed from the CT scanning pictures of human lower limbs as the research object,the comfortable pressure threshold is applied to the periphery of the muscle and soft tissue to simulate the resultant force acting on the vertical bone direction after the lower limbs are put on socks,and the comfort mechanism of each part of the lower limbs is explored.The study is found that after different pressures are applied to the lower limbs,the comfortable stress range of the lower leg is 0.00092303~0.003132 MPa,the strain range is 0.0008512~0.0073707,and the total displacement is 0.00001748~0.6437 mm.The quantified value of the lower limbs under the comfortable pressure is obtained.Through finite element analysis,the comfort mechanism and quantified value of each part of the lower limbs under pressure are intuitively observed,which can provide basic parameters for studying the comfort pressure threshold of socks.
