静电纺柔性碳膜的制备及其在锂电池负极中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了制备出可以直接作为锂电池负极材料的柔性碳纳米纤维膜,采用静电纺丝和碳化技术将低成本的氧化煤添加入聚丙烯腈纺丝溶液中制备柔性纳米纤维膜,通过形貌观察、红外光谱测试、厚度测试、孔径分析、X射线能谱仪和电化学测试对纳米纤维膜进行表征。试验结果表明,氧化煤与聚丙烯腈质量比为1∶2时,静电纺纳米纤维膜经过二氧化碳气氛活化、高温碳化后具有较强的柔性,可弯曲、折叠并直接用作自支撑锂电池负极材料。电化学性能测试结果表明,在电流密度为50 mA/g时,初始容量为367.3 mA/g,从第3圈到100圈的容量保持率在90%以上,具有优良的循环性能。 In order to prepare flexible carbon nanofiber membranes which can be directly used as an anode for lithium-ion batteries,low-cost oxidized coal is added into the spinning solution of polyacrylonitrile by electrospinning and carbonization technology to prepare flexible carbon nanofiber membranes.The nanofiber membranes are characterized by morphology observation,infrared spectroscopy,thickness testing,pore size analysis,X-ray energy spectrometer and electrochemical test.The test results show that nanofiber membranes with the ratio of chemical coal to polyacrylonitrile of 1∶2 have strong flexibility after being activated in carbon dioxide atmosphere and carbonized at high temperature.It could be bent and folded,and could be directly used as anode material for self-supporting lithium batteries.The electrochemical performance test shows that when the current density is 50 mA/g,the initial capacity is 367.3 mA/g,and the capacity retention rate from the 3rd circle to the 100th circle is above 90%,which has excellent cycling performance.
