Strategies of the Improvement of Teaching Quality of University Financial Management

对高校财务管理专业提升教学质量的策略进行探讨。高校财务管理专业教学中存在一些问题,如部分教师的教学观念陈旧,部分教师的综合素质有待提升,教学目的不明确,教学内容与实际生活的联系不紧密。提出了高校财务管理专业提升教学质量的策略:激发学生的学习兴趣,转变教师的教学观念,改变教学模式,提高教师自身的综合素质,提高学生对财务管理专业知识的正确认识。教师要积极探讨适合学生的教学方法,旨在促进我国高校财务管理专业教学质量的整体提升。

The research explores the strategies of the improvement of teaching quality of university financial management.There are some problems in the teaching of financial management major in the college,i.e.old teaching concept of the teachers,the necessity of the improvement of comprehensive quality of some teachers,unclear teaching target,and the not close connection between teaching content and practical life.The strategies of the improvement of teaching quality of financial management major of the college are proposed,i.e.to motivate student’s learning interest,change teacher’s teaching concept,change teaching mode,improve teacher’s comprehensive quality,and improve students correct cognition on the knowledge of financial management major.Teachers should actively explores the teaching method which is suitable for students,in order to promote the overall improvement of the teaching quality of financial management major of colleges an universities in China.
