The research summarizes the concept and characteristics of the talent training mode of the integration of industry and education;analyzes the problems in the development process of construction of tourism management major of higher vocational education,and the integration of industry and education;and proposes the reform strategies.Deep integration of industry and education is the key to higher vocational education.It is vital to the improvement of advantages of professional talent competition in the higher vocational college,and to the training of qualified talents.It is suggested to strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise,and pay attention to the optimization and reform of the disadvantages of traditional curriculum system,in order to train more professional,qualified and omnibearing compound talents.
