Oriented by professional post ability,the clinical education and teaching of midwifery major is reformed,and new talent training mode is proposed to achieve the zero distance connection between learning in school and working post,and train more high qualified technical talents who meet the demands of post demands for clinical work,in order to better serve for patients,and promote the good development of women and children health career.
