以助产职业岗位能力为导向的临床教育教学改革

摘要 以岗位职业能力为导向,对助产专业临床教育教学工作进行改革,提出全新的人才培养模式,进而实现在校学习与工作岗位的零距离对接,为临床一线工作培养出更多符合岗位工作需求的高素质技术型人才,以更好地服务于患者,推动妇幼健康事业的良好发展。 Oriented by professional post ability,the clinical education and teaching of midwifery major is reformed,and new talent training mode is proposed to achieve the zero distance connection between learning in school and working post,and train more high qualified technical talents who meet the demands of post demands for clinical work,in order to better serve for patients,and promote the good development of women and children health career.
