Exploration of Innovative Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Preservation and Health Care

探讨了中医养生保健创新教学策略。论述了中医养生保健创新教学的意义,表现在为中医养生保健提供优质人才,规范中医养生保健市场秩序,加强民众的养生保健意识。分析了高校中医养生保健教学存在的问题,具体为教学内容不充分,教学方法单一,课堂教学与实践教学结合不深。提出了高校中医养生保健创新教学策略,应丰富教学内容,创新教学方法,注重理论与实践教学相结合,进而提升教学水平和质量,实现高效课堂,提升学生的综合能力,为我国中医养生保健领域提供优秀的人才资源,促进中医养生保健行业的健康发展。

The research explores the strategies of innovative teaching of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation and health care;and discusses its significance,i.e.to provide high quality talents of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation and health care,regulate the order of the market,and promote people’s life cultivation and health preservation.Then the research analyzes the problems,i.e.insufficient teaching content,simple teaching method,and not deep combination of course teaching and practice teaching.Strategies of innovative teaching of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation and health care of colleges and universities are proposed,i.e.to enrich teaching content,innovative teaching method,pay attention to the combination of theory and practice teaching,in order to improve teaching level and quality,achieve high efficient course,improve student’s comprehensive ability,provide excellent talent resource for traditional Chinese medicine health preservation and health care in China,and promote the health development of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation and health care.
