应用型本科院校特色专业群发展路径思考

Thinking on the Development Path of Characteristic Specialty Group of Applied Undergraduate University

专业群建设在应用型本科院校高质量发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,在政策引导和需求驱动下,我国应用型本科院校专业群建设取得了显著的进展,但仍存在着专业设置落后于产业发展需求、专业结构与经济社会人才需求结构不符、社会需求专业与学生和学生家长认同专业不符、实践教学设施及内涵建设任务艰巨等问题。基于这些问题,探索形成了特色专业群建设的发展思路,从专业群与产业协同视角出发,围绕产业链、实践平台、产教融合构建专业群,实施加强师资队伍、课程建设、教学管理、校企合作等改革,使应用型本科院校的长期发展得到可靠保证,为应用型本科院校专业发展提供了一定的借鉴意义。

Major construction has played more and more important role in the high quality development of the applied university.Under the policy guidance and demand driving,the construction of China’s applied university major group has achieved significant progress,but there are still some problems,i.e.major allocation lags behind the demand of industry development,the major structure does not meet the demand of structure of economic and social talents,the demand of student and student parent’s professional identity does not meet social demand major,and practical teaching facilities and connotation construction tasks are arduous.Based on these problems,development path of characteristic professional group construction is explored and formed.It is suggested to start from professional group and industrial synergy perspective,strengthen the teaching staff,course construction,teaching management,and school-enterprise cooperation based on industry chain,practice platform and industry-teaching integration construction major group,to ensure the long-term development of the applied university,and provide some reference significance for the professional development of the applied university.
