Exploration of the Reform of Higher Education in Germany and its Enlightenment to China

为提升高等教育质量,从办学理念和人事制度改革两方面入手,探讨了德国高等教育的改革内容。论述了德国高等教育改革对我国的启示,提出要提升对国际化、道德修养、学生主体地位的重视程度。学习和借鉴德国高等教育的相关改革措施,对于我国教育改革具有很大的借鉴意义,能够提升教育领域的科研水平,提高教学质量,提升人才培养质量,促进我国高等教育事业的长远稳定发展。

In order to improve the quality of advanced education,the research explores the reform of advanced education in Germany from two aspects,including the theory on school management and reform of personnel system;discusses the enlightenment of German advanced teaching reform on China;and proposes suggestions,such as paying attention to the domain role internationalization,moral cultivation and students.Learning and borrowing from the related reform countermeasures of Germany advanced education provides great reference significance for China’s education reform.It can promote the scientific and research level of education field,improve teaching quality,promote talent training quality,and promote the long-term and stable development of China’s advanced education career.
