摘要
文中以玉米秸秆、柠条为原料,在含水率、成型套筒长径比不同的条件下,在柱塞液压式成型机上进行压缩成型试验,测量并分析生物质在成型过程中的径向受力情况。试验结果表明:生物质在成型套筒某一固定点上所受径向压力随柱塞运动情况变化,而非定值;不同含水率下,玉米秸秆与柠条所受径向压力沿成型套筒长度均呈指数型变化规律。
In this paper,corn straws and caragana was used as raw materials and the test was carried out on the hydraulic briquetting machine with plunger at different moisture contents and length-diameter ratios.The radial stress of biomass was measured and analyzed during the briquetting process.The result showed that the radial stress of biomass at a fixed point of the molding sleeve varies with the motion of the plunger,rather than a constant value;at different moisture content,the radial stress of the corn straws and caragana varies exponentially along the length of the molding sleeve.
