循环流化床锅炉单台返料风机运行可行性技术分析

摘要 通过对我公司循环流化床锅炉进行的试验,就单台冷态返料风机与双台热态风机节能效果进行对比,同时考虑运行方式是否可以做为日常执行方式。结果表明,单台电流相对较高,但是能保证满负荷运转需求,双台运转电流相对较低,但是在节能角度分析,单台返料风机满负荷运转可以有效的降低电量消耗,更加节能[2]。在未来的新厂房中,在施工前一定要对线路进行仔细研究,一免造成后期造成资源的浪费以及能源的不必要浪费。 Through the test of our company’s circulating fluidized bed boiler,the energy-saving effect of a single cold return fan and two hot fans are compared,and at the same time,whether the operation mode can be used as a daily execution mode.The results show that the current of a single unit is relatively high,but it can guarantee full-load operation demand,and the current of dual-unit operation is relatively low.However,from the perspective of energy conservation,full-load operation of a single return fan can effectively reduce power consumption and save energy[2].In the future new factory buildings,the lines must be carefully studied before construction,so as to avoid waste of resources and unnecessary waste of energy in the later period.
