科技对脱贫户家庭收入影响及政策参与度研究

Research on the Impact of Science and Technology on Poverty-eradicated Households’Income and Its Policy Participation

当前,我国绝对贫困已经整体消除,进入了乡村振兴时代。如何建立长效机制,激发落后地区的内生动力,确保脱贫成果巩固提升不反弹、脱贫户持续增收不返贫,是当前亟待解决的重大现实问题。基于全国十省(区)402户脱贫户的调查数据,实证分析科技对农户的收入效应,利用有序多分类Logistic回归模型实证分析脱贫户参与科技助农积极性的影响因素。研究结论表明:科技对农户收入存在显著的正向影响,且技术培训影响最明显;落后地区农户参与科技助农的积极性,受到其土地资源禀赋、收入结构、社会资本、农产品销售等因素影响;土地资源越丰富、立地条件越好、农产品销售越容易、亩产值越高,越倾向于利用科技成果获得最大化的土地产出和农业收入。基于上述结论,提出了针对性的政策措施。

At present,the absolute poverty has been eliminated in China,and we have entered the era of rural revitalization.To consolidate the existing achievements of poverty alleviation,and to stimulate the endogenous power of less developed areas,so as to ensure the complete elimination of poverty without rebound,is a major problem.Based on the survey data of 402 poverty-eradicated households in ten provinces(regions),this paper uses the ordered logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors of the enthusiasm of overcome poverty households to participate in the policy of poverty elimination by science and technology.The results show that science and technology has a significant positive impact on Farmers’income,and the impact of technical training is the most obvious.In addition,the enthusiasm of farmers in less developed areas to participate in the policy of science and technology is affected by land resource endowment,income structure,social capital,agricultural product sales and other factors.The richer the land resources,the better the site conditions,the easier the sale of agricultural products and the higher the output value per mu,the more inclined to maximize the land output and agricultural income by using scientific and technological achievements.Based on this,the relative measures are proposed..
