摘要
目的基于磁共振影像分析青年椎间盘变性与相邻上下椎体高度的相关性方法回顾性分析465例腰椎MRI检查患者的影像资料,选择L4、5椎体和L4〜5椎间盘,在T_(1)WI上测量L4、5椎体前、后高度L4〜5椎间盘按照Pfirmann标准分为轻度变性和中度变性,比较两组椎体高度的差异结果轻度、中度变性患者的性别和年龄差异无统计学意义中度变性组L4、5椎体前、后高度与轻度变性组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。控制性别因素后,随着椎间盘变性程度的增加,男性L5椎体前高度及女性L5椎体后高度均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性L4、5椎体前、后高度均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。L4、5椎体前、后高度与年龄呈轻度负相关(P<0.01)。
Objective To investigate the correhition between intervertebral disc degeneration and adjacent vertebral body height(VBH)in young adults based on MR I.Methods A retrospective analysis of 465 cases of lumbar MRI,the L4,L5 vertebrae«ind L4/5 intervertebral disc were selected as the study target organs.The anterior vertebral body heights(AVBH)and posterior vertebral body heights(PVBH)of the L4 and L5 were measured on the T1WI images.The degree of L4/5 was divided into two groups with mild degeneration and moderate degeneration according to Pfirmiann standard;the differences in VBH between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups of mild and moderate degeneration.The AVBH and PVBH of L4-L5 in the moderate degeneration group were lower than those in the niild degeneration group,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After controlling for gender factors,with the increase of the degree of intervertebral disc degeneration,the AVBH of the male L5 and the PVBH of the female L5 decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The AVBH and PVBH of L4-L5 in males were higher than in females,«md the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a slight negative correlation between the AVBH«ind PVBH of L4-L5 and age(P<0.01).Conclusion The height of the vertebral body is measured based on the MRI,which has a certain correlation with the degree of intervertebral disc degeneration.
