基于AIDET沟通的SLEEP-MAD护理模式对ICU剖宫产术后疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响

目的探讨基于AIDET沟通的SLEEP-MAD护理模式对ICU剖宫产术后患者疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响方法选择2019年3月至2021年5月本院重症医学科(ICU)剖宫产术后患者128例2019年3月〜12月68例剖宫产术后患者为对照组,2020年1月〜5月60例剖宫产术后患者为干预组对照组患者采用传统的特级护理干预,观察组患者采用基于AIDET沟通的SLEEP-MAD护理模式观察两组患者术后24 h和48 h的疼痛程度,两组患者术后3d的睡眠质量结果观察组患者术后24 h和48 h的疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后3天睡眠质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于AIDET沟通的SLEEP-MAD护理模式降低ICU剖宫产术后患者疼痛程度,提高剖宫产术后患者的睡眠质量,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the influences of nursing based on AIDET communication combined with SLEEP-MAD mode on pain degree,sleep quality in ICU cesarean section patients.Methods Select 128 patients after cesarean section in the Department of Intensive Care Medicine(ICU)of our hospital from March 2019 to May 2021.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,including 60 patients in the observation group and 68 patients in the control group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional special nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group were treated with the SLEEP-MAD nursing model based on AIDET communication.Observe the pain degree of the two groups of patients at 24 h and 48 h after the operarion,and the sleep quality of the two groups of patients at 3 days after the operation.Results The pain levels of observation group patients at 24 h and 48 h after surgery were lower than those of c ontrol patients at 24 h and 48 h after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);parients in the observation group had higher sleep quality for 3 days after surgery,there was a statistically significant difference in the sleep quality of patients in the control group at 3 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The SLEEP-MAD nursing model based on AIDET communication reduces the pain of ICU patients after cesarean section and improves the sleep quality of patients after cesarean section.It is worthy of clinical application.
