基于全过程安全管理的档案保护新理念与新模式探究

从档案保护的新问题、新理念出发,分析档案全过程管理流程及其存在的安全隐患,从档案前端控制、档案库房保管、库外后程监管等方面探索了全过程安全管理理念指导下的档案保护新模式,以期为新时期档案保护提供参考。

Starting from the new problems and new concepts in archives protection,this paper analyzes the whole archives management process and its potential security risks,and explores a new pattern of archives protection under the guidance of the whole process safety management concept from the aspects of front-end control,warehouse storage and supervision outside the warehouse,so as to contribute the to protection of archives in the new period.
