本文以档案开发与服务为研究对象,征集省内多个高校和档案馆的工作经验,以专题的形式进行集中讨论。主要从档案主动开发的含义、政策支持、开发措施等多个角度展开讨论。指出档案主动开发要重点把握政治性和文化性,凸显档案工作者的责任和担当。

In this paper,the Archives development and service as the research object,collecting the work experience of many universities and Archives in the province,in the form of thematic discussion.This paper mainly discusses the meaning,policy support and development measures of active archive development.It points out that the active development of Archives should focus on political and cultural nature and highlight the responsibility and responsibility of Archivists.
