摘要
目前高熵陶瓷的研究与高熵合金相比尚处于起步阶段,但已开发并制备出多种体系的高熵陶瓷,其具有独特结构和优异性能,应用前景非常广阔。高熵陶瓷材料以其良好的相稳定性、与硅基陶瓷的热膨胀系数很好的匹配性,以及优异的耐水蒸气腐蚀性能而广泛应用于热障涂层,而环境障涂层及热环境障涂层也成为近几年热防护涂层的研究热点。基于此,总结了目前关于高熵陶瓷材料所采用的计算机模拟研究方法、合成方法和烧结工艺,介绍了目前高熵陶瓷材料在热/环境障涂层中的应用现状和不足之处。
The research of high-entropy ceramics is still immature compared with high-entropy alloys,but a variety of high-entropy ceramics have been explored and prepared.High-entropy ceramic materials have unique structure and excellent properties,of which application prospect is very broad.Among them,the excellent phase stability,good matching with the thermal expansion coefficient of silicon-based ceramics,and excellent resistance to water vapor corrosion makes them very suitable for thermal barrier coatings,environmental barrier coatings and thermal/environmental barrier coatings.It has become a research hotspot of thermal protection coating in recent years.Based on the research on high-entropy ceramics in recent years,this article summarizes the current computer simulation methods,preparation processes and sintering processes used in the research of high-entropy ceramic materials,the application status and shortcomings of high entropy ceramic materials in thermal/environment barrier coatings are pointed out.
