摘要
为了解决非完整球的探针常数C(双球法测量内螺纹)的标定,本文设计了一种全新的测量方案。通过示值比对试验,表明该测量方案达到JJF1345-2012《圆柱螺纹量规校准规范》规定的技术要求,同时也可以用来测量探针的磨损。
In order to measure probe constant of incomplete double-ball method for measure the internal threads, a new measuring scheme is designed in this paper.The value comparison test show that the new measuring scheme has met requirements of JJF 1345-2012 "Calibration Specification for Cylindrical Thread Gauges".the design can also measure the wear of the probes.
