Research on Measurement Technology of Brinell Hardness Machine Based on Machine Vision

根据GB/T231.3-2012中对标准布氏硬度机的要求,介绍了布氏硬度机的原理与要求,基于LabVIEW设计了一套采用工业相机及电动变倍双远心镜头的全自动标准布氏硬度机,并研究了机器视觉应用和校准流程,使其可满足不同压痕尺寸及相应精度的自动化测量要求。

According to the requirements of the standard brinell hardness machine in GB/T 231.3-2012, the principle and requirements of the Brinell hardness tester are introduced.Based on LabVIEW, a set of fully automatic standard cloth using industrial cameras and electric zoom double telecentric lenses is designed.Hardness machine, and studied the application of machine vision and calibration process, so that it can meet the requirements of automatic measurement of different indentation sizes and corresponding accuracy.
