摘要 红外双色测温法由于其不干扰温场、响应速度快等优点,广泛应用在冶金、电力和电子等工业行业。由于磨损、老化以及使用环境、温湿度等各种因素的影响,测温系统测量数据会出现不同程度偏差。本文基于非调制双色红外测温系统,分析了红外测温系统的误差来源,基于三次样条插值实现了多台设备快速高精度校准。结果表明,经三次样条插值算法拟合过的数据可以满足测温精度的要求。 The infrared two-color temperature measurement method is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, and electronic industry because of its advantages of non-interference of temperature field and fast response.Due to the influence of wear, aging, environment, temperature, and humidity, the measurement data of the temperature measurement system have different degrees of deviation.Based on the non-modulated two-color infrared temperature measurement system, this paper analyzes the error sources of the infrared temperature measurement system and realizes the fast and high-precision calibration of multiple pieces of equipment based on cubic spline interpolation.The results show that the data fitted by the cubic spline interpolation algorithm can meet the requirements of temperature measurement accuracy.
