浅析智能电能表检定接线方式的改进

摘要 本文涉及电能表计量检定领域,提出了一种用于智能电能表快速检定的接线器,属于电力系统的计量范畴。目的是为改变智能电能表上下表手工接线的操作方式,且设计结构简单。该接线器的信号传递针为可拆卸,长度可伸缩且具有弹性,使智能电能表检定装置上下表操作方便、稳定可靠,能有效节省检定智能表过程中的接线耗时,提高了智能电能表的检定工作效率,满足电能表计量检定人员的使用需求。 This paper relates to the field of measurement and verification of electric energy meters, and puts forward a connector for rapid verification of intelligent electric energy meters.It belongs to the measurement category of power system.The purpose is to change the operation mode of manual wiring of the upper and lower meters of the intelligent electric energy meter.The design structure design is simple.The signal transmission pin of the connector is detachable, retractable and elastic, so that the operation of the upper and lower meters of the verification device of the intelligent electric energy meter is convenient, stable and reliable.It can effectively save the wiring time in the process of verifying the smart meter, improve the verification efficiency of the smart watt hour meter, and meet the use needs of the metering and verification personnel of the watt hour meter.
