基于数据挖掘的针灸治疗纤维肌痛综合征的选穴规律分析

Regularity of Acupoints Selection in the Treatment of Fibromyalgia Syndrome by Acupuncture and Related Therapies

目的:运用数据挖掘技术,探讨针灸及其相关疗法治疗纤维肌痛综合征的选穴规律。方法:检索1995年1月至2020年2月期间在中国知网、万方数据知识平台、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库及PubMed数据库中发表的关于针灸及其相关疗法治疗纤维肌痛综合征的文献,利用Excel建立数据库,应用SPSS statistics 22.0、SPSS modeler18.0软件对其进行频次分析、系统聚类和关联规则分析。结果:最终纳入文献37篇。共涉及经脉15条,十四经穴104个、经外奇穴10个、阿是穴1个、头皮针穴5个、夹脊穴1组,频次最高的10个腧穴为:肝俞、脾俞、阿是穴、三阴交、合谷、足三里、膈俞、肾俞、心俞、阳陵泉、太冲;涉及的特定穴有背俞穴(心俞、膈俞、肝俞、脾俞、肾俞)、五输穴(足三里、阳陵泉)、原穴(合谷、太冲)、八会穴(膈俞、阳陵泉)、交会穴(三阴交)等;频次较高的经脉为足太阳膀胱经、督脉;治疗部位以背部为主。通过关联规则分析,支持度最高的为肾俞-肝俞、膈俞-肝俞,聚类分析可得到6个聚类群。结论:针灸治疗纤维肌痛综合征的选穴以背部足太阳膀胱经、督脉腧穴为主,重视阿是穴和特定穴;针灸处方重视疏肝解郁、调畅情志。

Objective To explore the regularity of acupoints selection in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome by acupuncture and related therapies.Methods Literatures related to acupuncture and related therapies in treating fibromyalgia syndrome were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang data,VIP,CBMdisc and PubMed,defined from January 1995 to February 2020.The selected literature were extracted and?input?into?Excel2010.SPSS modeler 18.0 and SPSS 20.0 software were informs the for data analysis.Results A total of 37 papers were included involving 121 acupoints.The acupoint used with the highest frequency was Ganshu(BL 18)followed by Pishu(BL 20),Ashi,Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Hegu(LI 4),Zusanli(ST 36),Geshu(BL 17),Shenshu(BL 23),Xinshu(BL 15),Yanglingquan(GB 34)and Taichong(LR 3).The meridians involved with high frequency were bladder meridian and governor meridian.Through cluster analysis six clusters were obtained and based on the association rules the clusters with the high supportive degree were as follows Shenshu(BL 23)-Ganshu(BL 18)and Geshu(BL 17)-Ganshu(BL 18).Conclution Through data mining technique,the regularity of acupoints selection and formulation in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome by acupuncture and related therapies could be summarized from different aspects,this may provide an important reference for the clinical and experimental research.
