目的:建立甘肃栽培肉苁蓉显微、薄层色谱鉴别方法,为完善其质量控制标准提供依据。方法:采用显微数码成像技术进行了显微鉴别;考察了不同提取方法、展开条件,确定了最佳的薄层色谱条件。结果及结论:对样品进行试验,专属性强;薄层色谱斑点清晰、分离度好,建议作为甘肃栽培肉苁蓉的鉴别依据。

Objective to establish a method for the identification of cistanche Deserticola by thin layer chromatography(TLC).Methods The microscopic identification was carried out by micro digital imaging technique,and the optimum conditions of thin layer chromatography were determined by investigating different extraction methods and development conditions.Results and Conclusion The samples were tested,the specificity was strong,the TLC spots were clear,the resolution was good,it was suggested that the identification of Cistanche Deserticola in Gansu Province.
