栀榆洗剂质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Zhiyu Lotion

目的:初步建立栀榆洗剂薄层色谱(TLC)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)检查方法。方法:用TLC法确认方中的苦参、防风;用HPLC法测定方中栀子苷。结果:TCL法分离效果好,专属性强。HPLC法测定栀子苷的线性范围在8.185~408.4μg/mL之间,r^(2)=0.9998。平均回收率99.6%,RSD值1.09%(n=6)。结论:该方法可考虑纳入栀榆洗剂的质量标准。

Objective To establish the qualitative and quantitative methods of Zhiyu lotion.Method Identify Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Radix Saposhnikoviae in Zhiyu lotion by TLC;Determine the content of Geniposide in Zhiyu lotion by HPLC.Result Under the selected TLC conditions,the spots of the same color appeared on the corresponding positions of the test sample and the control sample,and the separation effect was good and the specificity was strong.The linear range of Geniposide determined by HPLC was 8.185-408.4μg/mL(r=0.99998).The average recovery was 99.6%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.09%(n=6).Conclusion The methods are simple,specific and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Zhiyu lotion.
