摘要
目的:优选王不留行清炒法的炮制工艺,对比研究不同批次王不留行清炒后爆花率的差异。方法:采用清炒法,以火力、预热时间、炒制时间为因素,通过正交试验,得出王不留行清炒法炮制的最佳工艺,并在最佳工艺条件下测定10批次药材的爆花率。结果:王不留行清炒法炮制的最佳工艺为中武火,预热时间2 min,炒制时间35 s。各批次王不留行的爆花率大小为:Y4>Y9>Y8>Y10>Y5>Y2>Y3>Y6>Y7>Y1。结论:不同批次的王不留行清炒后的爆花率存在差异。
Objective To optimize the processing technology of stir-fried Vaccariae and to compare and study the difference of the burst rate of stir-fried Vaccariae of different batches.Methods using the method of stir-frying,Taking fire,preheating time and frying time as factors,through orthogonal test,the best processing technology was obtained,and the explosive rate of 10 batches of medicinal materials was determined under the optimal processing conditions Results The best processing technology of the stir-fry method was medium fire,preheating time was 2 min,and stir-fry time was 35 s.the row of the burst rate of each batch Vaccariae:Y4>Y9>Y8>Y10>Y5>Y2>Y3>Y6>Y7>Y1.Conclusion There are differences in the rate of explosion of different batches of stir-fried Vaccariae.
