摘要
随着新冠肺炎疫情防控形势的持续向好,政府部门急需掌握企业复工复产情况,作为政策调整的依据。采用逐级上报的调研方式,周期长、易造假,难以快速掌握真实情况;而基于卫星遥感数据反演的地表温度,结合工业用地图斑,比对疫情前后部分企业厂房的温度,能快速、准确、客观、低成本地获取企业复工情况,为政府提供决策依据。
As the situation of COVID-19 prevention and control continues to improve,the government departments urgently need to adjust policy according to the situation of enterprises’resumption of work and production.It’s difficult to get the real situation quickly via the investigation method of tabular report,because it will take much time and it’s easy to fake.In this paper,we used the satellite remote sensing data to invert the surface temperature,and combining with the vector map of industrial land,compared the temperatures of some enterprises before and after the epidemic,which could quickly,accurately,objectively and cheaply obtain the enterprises’resumption of work and provide the basis for the government to make decisions.
